US embassy magazine ‘Khabr-o-Nazar’ goes online
LAHORE: The US Embassy in Pakistan announced on Monday that it’s monthly magazine ‘Khabr-o-Nazar’ is available online.
The current issue highlights the arrival of new US ambassador to Pakistan, Anne W Patterson, besides various activities of the USAID and US consulates in Lahore, Peshawar and Karachi.
The issue carries USAID former director Jonathan Addleton’s article on the FATA Sustainable Development Plan.
Press Attaché and Khabr-o-Nazar Editor-in-Chief Elizabeth O Colton said, “We are pleased to offer the magazine’s online version.
There will be no copyrights for its contents.” The magazine will be available on the portable document format that allows readers to view the magazine’s layout as well as its contents.
The magazine will provide a glimpse into the American culture, and will highlight areas of the US-Pakistan collaborations in different fields of government, culture, business, health, education, defence, and arts.
The magazine, considered to be “Pakistan’s window to America”, will be available on the US Embassy website:
